NerdWallet’s Western Picnic

We had the *best* time planning & executing NerdWallet’s Western Picnic this past weekend. We delighted 550 of their employees & family members with Western themed catering, full saloon, fun games, & a bar none photo booth. Check out some of our favorite shots by our go-to photographer Jeff Hall.

You’re Engaged! Now what?

Once the initial excitement settles & you’ve stopped looking at your ring every 5 seconds, reality hits. Your wedding is a momentous occasion, unlike other events (if any) you’ve put together in the past. After you’ve purchased every ‘just engaged’ piece Etsy has to offer, get yourself and your groom organized.

We are here to help! Check out this simple wedding planning timeline from Allison over at MarryThis! This is a great breakdown of where your planning should be every step of the way.

While this all might seem like a walk in the park, it’s beyond beneficial hiring an event planner to help you along that way. Call or text us today for a free 30 minute consultation! (925.518.5495 )

2016 Wedding Color Trends

It didn’t take long after Pantone introduced, for the first time, their two colors of 2016, Rose Quartz & Serenity, for brides to stock up on decor & dresses in these signature hues. Paired together or with other shades, these soft tones are taking over weddings this year.

It makes sense; Pantone described Serenity as “bringing feelings of respite and relaxation even in turbulent times” & Rose Quartz as “a persuasive yet gentle tone that conveys compassion and a sense of composure”. Perfect feelings and emotions for any couple’s biggest day!

Here are some ideas to incorporate these gorgeous colors into your wedding day

Lauren & Brian’s Wedding 12.30.15

This beautiful winter wedding had a very special bride and groom. Our groom Brian is in the U.S. Military and we’d like to extend a formal “Thank You” to Brian for his service.

It was a gorgeous day in late December and we have the photos to prove it!

Lauren and Brian incorporated some personal touches, and we LOVE that!

A “Wish Tree” took the place of a Guest Book and guests loved hanging their well wishes.

They also incorporated a customized step & repeat photo booth backdrop along with a personalized hashtag.

We loved being part of Lauren & Brian’s wedding!

A huge ‘Thank You’ to all our Preferred Vendors:
